Funded by Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County, HomeSafe's Healthy Beginnings program works to ensure children are reaching their developmental milestones and are ready for Kindergarten.

The Chief Program Officer - Prevention Services (CPO) is responsible for the development and quality management of the Healthy Beginnings prevention programs including budget development and monitoring, communication and implementation of policies and procedures, coordinating ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement activities and support and supervision of assigned programs. This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer in developing positive community relationships and networking opportunities for growth. Position office located in Lake Worth, FL. Temporarily remote due to COVID-19.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Human Services (preferably in a field such as social work, developmental psychology, and / or early childhood education) is required. Five years experience in human services related field and four years of supervisory experience managing managers required. A valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable insured vehicle required.
