We provide comprehensive programs preventing new cases of violence, protecting victims of child abuse and domestic violence, and preparing children and families for safer, more productive lives.

HomeSafe has an opportunity for a Master's level Therapist to join our team of professionals.

This full-time position provides therapeutic services to female adolescent residents in our Therapeutic Group Home located in LAKE WORTH. Our therapists evaluate, assess, develop treatment plans, document and offer crisis intervention to help meet the needs of our clients. Therapists are an integral part of our programs in helping prepare youth for current and future experiences.

Knowledge in treatment planning, assessment, discharge planning, thorough clinical documentation, and crisis intervention required. Experience with a therapeutic milieu and working with emotionally challenged teenage population in a group home setting. Residential experience preferred. Master's degree required. Registered internship required within 90 days of employment. License preferred. (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT). Some evenings and weekends required. Valid and insurable Florida Driver's License & drug/background screening required. NPI and Medicaid number a plus.
