Duties: The Accounting Coordinator performs all Medicaid billing and other billing functions for the organization. This position acts as the organization's administrator for all agency Medicaid related tasks and keeps current on all Medicaid rules and regulations. This position also performs general ledger maintenance and reconciliation and acts as backup support for the Junior Accountant by assisting with accounts payable and payroll.

Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED required, degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Medical / Medicaid Billing certificate a plus. Extensive knowledge of Medicaid billing and Medicaid Rules and Regulations. Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger preferred. Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record required.
