Duties:

HomeSafe has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced PROGRAM SUPERVISOR in our HEALTHLY BEGINNINGS program. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Program Supervisor is responsible for the development and coordination of the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency (HB/EA) system of care in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for the overall management of assigned program, including but not limited to daily operations; fiscal management; staffing and supervision, and the provision of quality services for the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency.  Position office is located in Lake Worth, FL.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, MS preferred, preferably in Early Childhood or related field. With Master's Degree, a minimum of four (4) years of child welfare experience with emphasis on child development for children birth to five years with a minimum one (1) year supervisory and operations experience. With Bachelor's degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of child welfare experience with a minimum of three (3) years of child development for children birth to five years. Minimum one (1) year experience working with developmental screenings, assessment tools, and processes required.  A valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record is required.
